Wow! As a small business owner myself, excellent customer service means the world to me. After putting up my Christmas lights this year, I thought I saw wear on my roof and was afraid it was time to replace it. Lord knows I've seen my neighbors getting their roofs replaced, even though our homes were only Built-in 2006. I was seeing fibreglass edges showing around the edge of the asphalt tiles, and wanted to get an estimate . I Googled roofers and saw Pinnacle had x46 5 Star reviews. I called got Mike's voice-mail. I left a quick message and moved on to the next phone number online, but he called me right back. He said he was on his way to a job close by and could swing by on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later, climbed up with me and explained what I was seeing. He reassured me that all was well up there, and showed me how what I was seeing was normal, and that I was only about half way through my room's lifespan. When we got down he had an afterthought and climbed back up, this time to the top tier to check the attic vent grommets on the back of the roof and sure enough! He came down with photos showing how the rubber has cracked and shrunk aver the years, causing a leak into my attic. He said he could fix it later that day for $85! DONE! I never would have seen that, and he warded off a costly leak by taking an extra moment to be thorough. Just wanted to take a moment to say "Thanks Mike!" I know who to call when the times comes.
